Liquidating Assets


Most days when I bring in the Sunday paper, I go straight for the magazine and the puzzles. I bypass the rest of the sections, and they usually end up in the recycling — still together in one unfolded mass — later that week. 

Today, I decided to have some fun with the Real Estate section, which always bedazzles me with hideous interiors and excessive 000,000,000s. And then I was thinking of what fun things I could do with the content, what things it would be fun to remove or destroy or alter from the pages. So, like any good home renovator, I began by documenting the "before":
